How long does Gratsi wine stay fresh after opening?
Thanks to our vacuum-sealed technology, your wine stays fresh for up to 30 days after your first pour, as the bag prevents oxidation that occurs with traditional bottled wine.
Where do you ship your wines?
We currently ship to most states within the U.S. where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery by law.
Are Gratsi wines sugar-free or low-calorie?
Yes, our wines are crafted in the Mediterranean style, meaning they are dry, zero-sugar, and keto-friendly, with significantly fewer calories than mass-produced commercial wines.
How does the subscription service work?
Our subscription allows you to save on every box and ensures you never run out. You can choose your delivery frequency and easily pause, skip, or cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your return policy for wine?
Due to federal and state regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcohol. However, if your order was damaged during transit or if there is a quality issue, please contact our support team for a replacement or refund.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
Absolutely. Our boxed wine has a 50% lower carbon footprint than glass bottles. The cardboard box is fully recyclable, and the lightweight design significantly reduces shipping emissions.
